At CarrCrafts, we meticulously inspect each product to ensure top quality before it reaches your hands. Due to the nature of our handmade items, used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund any damaged items upon receiving photographic proof within 7 days of purchase.

You may exchange your product for another item of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.

If your package is damaged during shipping, you may return the unused products for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@carrcrafts.com for further assistance.
